of experience, she has built a strong reputation the Mining and Construction industries.
During this time she has gained qualifications in Bookkeeping, Workplace Health and Safety, and
Project Management.

What began as a passion for helping locals has grown into a purpose driven business focused on building strong financial foundations, professional systems and sustainable growth.

Hi, I’m Jess — the face behind Hale Tass Business Solutions.

This artwork tells my story better than a few dots point ever could.
​
I grew up a HALE on the Gold Coast, shaped by the people, values, and grounding that come with family, nurture and by watching hard working parents lead by example by showing up, doing the work and standing by what matters.
​
Biologically, my TASS roots trace back to Yorta Yorta and Wiradjuri Country & South Sea Islander heritage from the Vanuatu Islands. All of the history, culture and resilience lives in me and in this business.
​
Hale Tass is the fusion of both worlds.
