Jessica Hale Tass is a proud Wiradjuri & Yorta Yorta woman born in Mackay and has excelled as a bookkeeper and administrator in the mining and construction industry for over 15 years. During this time she has gained qualifications in bookkeeping, Workplace Health and Safety, and Project Management.
Jessica founded Hale Tass Business Solutions that started as an after-hours venture that allows her to leverage her expertise to assist micro and support small businesses and individuals in contributing to their growth and success.

Hi, I’m Jess — the face behind Hale Tass Business Solutions.

This artwork tells my story better than a dot point ever could.
​
I grew up a HALE on the Gold Coast, shaped by the people, values, and grounding that come with family, nurture and by watching hard-working parents lead by example — showing up, doing the work and standing by what matters.
​
Biologically, my TASS roots trace back to Yorta Yorta and Wiradjuri Country & South Sea Islander heritage from the Vanuatu Islands. All of the history, culture and resilience lives in me — and in this business.

Hale Tass is the fusion of both worlds.
